We hope you love your Sunday and Story items for years to come. However, if you do wish to return any items please see our returns policy detailed below.
All items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of your order being dispatched.
All reduced and sale items are non returnable.
We do ask that all items are returned to us in perfect condition.
We only accept rugs back that are sent by a courier service. Please use our email address for the courier company as a contact. Should you need our phone number also please contact us at the email address below.
We recommend you send other items back by a track-able postal service. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to give a refund or exchange if returned items get lost in the post with no proof of receipt.
We can only refund return postal costs if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please obtain proof of postage in order for us to refund the cost to you.
Our vintage rugs are all true vintage pieces. They are all as described and may have slight imperfections which are not seen as faults but instead as part of their history and wonderful character.
Please also bear in mind that all of Sunday and Story products are Artisan items and slight imperfections are not seen as faults but instead add to their story.
